Thank-you for considering Rehoboth Publications to publish your website.  We are uncompromisingly committed to working with you to publish a website that caters to your needs and the needs of your clienteles.  We are prepared to collaborate with you in the publication of your website in accordance with the following contractual terms.

1. An email address and contact number should be provided for correspondence. A short biography of you and a write up about your business along with your photo should be submitted as well.

2. Our publishing cost for your business or Ministry website is $300 US for which payment is required on completion of the website before website is handed over.

3. Please note that we will create a business Gmail account and password for your website, which can be changed after the website, is handed over to you. We will require your date of birth for this set up. In order for your website to accept payments or have a personalized name there is a requirement of a PayPal account and $17-$40 US per month depending on your choice which includes storage, ads removed, 5-10hr videos and a free domain for one year which will be paid to the webhosting site.

4. We will require clean and clear photos of your products along with their names prices, sizes, colors etc. We will also need your business slogan, logo, address, contact number, social media pages, terms and conditions for refunds and shipping and a disclaimer. Should you require Rehoboth publications to create a disclaimer and terms of conditions for you; a copy will be emailed to you for viewing and approval.

5. In addition to the above, we would need to know a list of the countries that you would be shipping to along with your shipping rates and any tax included. You can have a fixed rate for each country if you desire to do so.

6. On completion your website will be available for desktop computers as well as mobile phones. There is an app through which you can sign in using your website registration where you will be able to receive notifications and chat with customers on your mobile phone and desktop. Rehoboth will not be responsible for any copyright infringement after the website is handed over to you, as you will have the opportunity to review the website before it is made available to the public.

 

If we have interpreted your requirements accurately, then this will become a formal contract, which will be signed and dated, signifying the acceptance of the above contractual terms.  Otherwise, we can negotiate alternative terms.  We will endeavour to complete the publishing of the website in a timely manner.
